Where can I use Python detectors: 

Our Python Detectors can be used in the United Kingdom (UK) counties comprising of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and a number of other European countries where the police, ambulance and fire services use a communication system called TETRA.

The Python detectors can be use where the emergency services transmitted radio frequency signal operates in the radio frequency range of 380-385 MHz and there are no regularity or other restrictions on its use. 

PLEASE NOTE: As listed in our Terms and Conditions for Sales of Goods clauses 8.6 and 8.7 our Python Detectors CAN ONLY BE SOLD and USED in the countries listed below and our Python Detectors CAN NOT be REDISTRIBUTED via any another route for SALE or USE in other countries outside of those listed below.

Python detectors operates in the radio frequency range of 380-385 MHz. Frequencies used by the emergency services may from time to time be subject to change due to government and regularity legislation, therefore we cannot guarantee that our products will continue to operate by detecting emergency service transmitted radio frequency signals should the frequency allocations change outside the units detection range.

There are some countries that do not allow any devices to be placed inside of the windscreen area of your vehicle, if this is the case you can easily mount your Python detector in another location in your vehicle, you can obtain a magnetic dash mount from our website that will allow you to position your detector on the dash or centre console.
