The Python Windscreen Mounting Bracket is designed to be compatible with all our Python Detectors.

The Windscreen Mounting Kit includes the following:

• Windscreen Mounting Bracket 
• 3 Replacement Fixing Screws
• Screwdriver
• Fitting Instructions

The Python Windscreen Bracket and easily be fitted or replaced by follow the steps in your Python User Manual or simply follow the below steps:

Windscreen Bracket Fitting Instructions:

1. Fit the Windscreen Mounting Bracket by carefully lining up the tab on the underside of the mounting bracket and the detector.
2. Fit one fixing screw (item 3) on the underside of the detector by rotating the screws clockwise; do not fully tighten to ensure some adjustment.
3. Fit two fixing screws (item 1 and 2) located at the rear of the detector by rotating the screws clockwise; do not fully tighten to ensure some adjustment.
4. Carefully tighten all the screws.
5. The replacement is completed.
6. Test the bracket by securing it to the windscreen as described in your Python User Manual.

Windscreen Bracket Removal (if needed):

1. Use the screw driver supplied and carefully remove the two fixing screws (item 1 and 2) located at the rear of the detector by rotating the screws anticlockwise in the direction of Arrow A.
2. Remove one fixing screw (item 3) on the underside of the detector by rotating the screws anticlockwise in the direction of Arrow A.
3. Remove the windscreen mounting bracket by gently pulling in the direction of arrow C.
